Payment Terms:

• Irrevocable non-transferable Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) MT700 or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) MT760 to the seller’s fiduciary bank.
• MT103/Telegraphic Transfer (TT) in USD/RMB for the total cargo to the seller’s fiduciary offshore bank account.

Inspection:

• SGS will conduct the inspection at the loading port at the seller’s expense.
• At the discharge port, CCIC/CIQ will perform the inspection, with costs covered by the buyer.

1. Buyer issues ICPO with seller’s delivery procedures on buyer company letterhead, including buyer banking information and company registration certificate.

2. Seller issues the draft Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) to the buyer.

3. The buyer signs and returns the SPA with a guarantee of compliance. Seller provides partial proof of product, including:

• • Export License
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Irrevocable Commitment to Supply
  • Proforma Invoice for the first value month
  • Statement of Availability of Product

4. Within 7 banking days, the buyer’s bank sends a non-transferable irrevocable operative Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) via MT760 or  (DLC) via MT700 to the seller’s fiduciary offshore bank account. If the buyer fails to issue the payment instrument within 7 banking days, a cash deposit of $440,000 by TT wire transfer for security guarantee is required.

5. Seller’s bank issues full proof of product documents to the buyer’s bank and a 2% performance bond (PB). A time-to-market (TTM) will be held at the buyer’s designated safe location upon arrival of the cargo at the buyer’s discharge port.

• Shipment starts once the buyer confirms the security payment.
• The shipment arrives at the buyer’s port in 5-25 days.
• SGS inspection happens at the loading port (seller’s cost) and at the destination port (buyer’s cost).
• Buyer pays the seller by TT/MT103 after receiving shipping documents and confirming quality and quantity (Q&Q) by SGS/CIQ at the destination port.
• Seller pays commissions to intermediaries within 48 hours by SWIFT MT103.
